Introduction

The purpose of this Online School Fee Policy is to ensure clear communication regarding the fees structure for Grade 4-6 students. It outlines the responsibilities of parents/guardians in relation to fee payments and the process for managing any outstanding fees.

Fee Structure

The school fees are designed to cover the cost of education, administration, online learning platforms, instructional materials, and other school-related activities. The fee schedule will be provided annually and may be subject to changes to cover basic inflation and other operating costs

• Annual Tuition Fees: The annual tuition fee for Grade 4-6 students is to be paid either as a full payment or in installments over a period of 10-12 months.
• Payment Options:
  • Full Payment: Parents/guardians who pay the full annual tuition fee at the start of the school year will receive a discount (if applicable).
  • Installment Payments: Fees may be paid in monthly, quarterly, or semi-annual installments, as per the payment plan agreed upon during registration.

Fees Included

The school fees cover:

• Online tuition and instruction.
• Access to learning platforms and digital tools.
• Virtual classroom activities and resources.
• Educational materials (e.g., textbooks, e-books, assignments).

Additional costs may arise for optional activities such as field trips, extracurricular activities, or special events, which will be communicated separately.

Payment Methods

Payments can be made via various channels, including;

Bank account details and online payment instructions will be provided at the time of registration.

Financial Aid and Scholarships

• The school may offer financial aid or scholarships to eligible students with effect from year two of operations unless it receives sufficient donations per its CSI Donation channel. Applications for financial assistance must be submitted in writing with supporting documentation by the given deadline.

Refunds and Cancellations

• Refund Policy: If a student withdraws from the school before the completion of the term, a pro-rata refund may be issued, depending on the number of days attended.
• Cancellations: If a student’s registration is canceled due to non-payment of fees, the student may not be allowed to access online learning materials, and their place in the class may be forfeited.

• A late payment fee may apply if payments are not made by the due date.
• After 30 days of non-payment, the school reserves the right to suspend the student’s access to online classes and resources until the outstanding fees are cleared.

Agreement to Terms

• By registering their child for Grade 4-6, parents/guardians agree to abide by this Online School Fee Policy. The school reserves the right to amend the policy as needed, with prior notice to the parents/guardians.
